This picture reminded me of the Indians Cabeza De Vaca came across. He described them to be hard workers. He also made them sound very dedicated to doing what they had to do to be able to survive. In the picture it looks like he's carrying a bunch of leaves and maybe some wood as well just like De Vaca described in his story of what he saw. He also spoke about how he had the biggest belief in Jesus Christ. The words he used to explain the hard work of the Natives were very descriptive in explaining how hard it was. They worked no matter the conditions they were in, they did whatever was necessary to survive.
